These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, our secure communication portal, and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By creating an account or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. User Accounts and Eligibility

To access the secure portal, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Role of Mentors and Mentees

FGAP serves as a platform to connect mentors and mentees. Mentors are volunteers and are not employees or agents of FGAP. The advice and guidance provided by mentors are based on their personal experiences and are for informational purposes only. FGAP does not guarantee any specific outcomes, including admission to any graduate program, as a result of using the Platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials on the Platform, including the design, text, graphics, logos, and session content, are the property of FGAP or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. FGAP makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform’s reliability, security, or performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FGAP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform.
